Anal Douching - The Basics

Know Love, and Respect your Prostate 

 

Men and Boys of all ages ask me for advice on how to be the best bottom they can possibly be. This is not something that can be answered quickly. Being a dedicated power bottom is a way of life. I certainly do not have all the answers but I will try to document things I learned over the years.

 

Once upon a time, I was a young cute twink that absolutely loved to get fucked. When I wasn’t busy trying not to get stepped on by dinosaurs, chances are I was face-down-ass-up or my legs were in the air. The problem was I could never find ANYONE who could fuck me the way I wanted to be fucked, which is pretty much the way I fuck guys today. I started fucking other young men to show them how I wanted to be fucked. Pretty soon I became so popular for my topping skills that I was just topping all the time. Bottoming became a fond memory of my youth. I was a great bottom and I had a few great teachers. Sadly they have been gone from this earth for a long time, but not a day goes by that I do not think of them fondly.

 

Let’s start with the basics: To be the best bottom you can be then you must learn about your butt-hole and your prostate and cherish them both and keep them healthy for as long as possible. A great hole is what you need to be a great bottom and thus a great fuck. Your prostate is what makes getting fucked feel so good. Let’s focus on your hole first. I’ll discuss the prostate another time.

 

Installment I

Know, Respect and Love Your Hole

Your hole is by evolutionary design an exit only orifice. Not only is it designed to be an exit only it is an exit only for waste material. To be a great bottom you need to learn how to accommodate for the fact that your hole was not meant to be entered and accept the fact that you will have to poo from time to time. A good bottom strives to have a nice clean hole. Let's face it; the overwhelming majority of us are not scat queens. Undoubtedly shit happens and will happen but let’s try to minimize it.

There are actually two types of Anal Douching; a shallow cleansing and a deep cleansing. The most popular douche for getting fucked is the shallow cleansing. It is basically done to clean out the lower part of the colon. The lower part is that last 11 inches or so before you get to your butthole. After that the colon takes a severe turn to the left and then wraps up and around the lower abdomen. A deeper cleanse also called an upper colonic is usually done with the help of an assistant though can be done alone and is meant to clean out the entire colon. Your colon is your body’s septic tank. Its’ primary job is to extract water from the poo that has entered it from the small intestine. The lining of your colon is covered in mucus that is full of good bacteria, viruses and other stuff that keeps bad bacteria and other nasties from entering your body. Like any septic tank a proper cleansing from time to time is necessary and can be a healthy activity, but too much of a good thing removes all the mucus that is protecting you and leaves you vulnerable to attack from bacteria and viruses and other fecal contaminants so you really don't want to be a chronic doucher. Also you really shouldn't be douching your hole with anything but warm water. It is best to save douching for special occasions such as a marathon fuck session or a trip to the bath house or black out party, orgies, etc. In other words only once every couple of weeks or so.

Now some of you are undoubtedly thinking, “But Daddy Ken, I want to get fucked at least a couple of times a week. How can I do that and have a clean hole if I only douche a couple of times a month?” This is an excellent question and I have a surprising answer for you. Keep reading.

 

How to Poo with Confidence

(One Simple Dietary Trick Every Bottom Boy (and Man) Should Know.)

So if you can only douche your hole a couple of times a month, what do you do in the meantime? I am not going to preach to you about eating right. We all know what we are supposed to be doing and we are what we eat. What you need to be able to do is Poo with Confidence (PWC). The secret to Pooing With Confidence is ground psyllium husk, most commonly known as Metamucil. Now I do not own stock in Metamucil. In fact I like CVS Pharmacy’s rip-off brand and Walgreens rip-off brand a whole lot more than I do Metamucil. Ground psyllium husk is a fiber supplement and it is not just for unplugging constipated old people. A table spoon of that stuff in 8 ounces of water every morning will keep your cholesterol down and also change your life. The ground psyllium husk swells up like a sponge and gently pushes fecal matter through your small intestines and colon while gently scrubbing the lining of your sewer system. If you have never done it before, do not be alarmed at what you see coming out of you the first week you do it. You need to do this once a day religiously. Twice a day if you are 40ish or your diet is exceptionally poor. In a few days, once the inner walls of the colon are nice and clean, when you do take a dump I can only describe it as a feeling of completion. No straining or wiggling around trying to get the last little stubborn turd. When you are done, you know it. Amazingly when you go to wipe your hole there will be remarkably little cleanup. A daily regimen of Metamucil and your hole should be clean enough that a good scrubbing and deep finger cleaning while you shower should be sufficient for a good fucking. Before you tell me I am full of shit myself, try it. It works. Don’t exceed the dosage recommended on the container and if you have hemorrhoids or other digestive problems or concerns back there consult your doctor before you start in on it. (If you have those kinds of problems you probably aren’t getting fucked in your hole anyways.)

 

Become One With Your Hole

Now that I have touched on the cleaning and maintenance of your hole, the next step is to take control of it. Your sphincter, the muscle through which your hole passes is designed to have a mind of its own and it is very close minded. We are taught at a very early age to bear down and push against it to force poo through it. What you now need to learn how to relax your sphincter and just let poo pass through it with minimal or no effort. This can be done with a simple exercise and practice. Women do kegal exercises to strengthen their kitties, Bottom boys need to do something very similar. Yes there are exercises for your sphincter. It is after all a muscle. Sometime soon when you are peeing, tighten the muscles you need to in order to stop the flow of pee. It is not an easy thing to do if you have never done it before. When you do you this, you will feel the muscles around your hole tighten up. Hold that for a few seconds and then relax and finish peeing. You now have your hole exercise. Do it again. Tighten for a few seconds and then release. Do this for thirty or forty times and repeat a couple of times a day whenever you think about it. Note you no longer have to do it while you are peeing. That would be crazy. I only had you do that to learn what you needed to do. After a week start holding the muscles tightened for longer periods. You are not only strengthening these muscles and your sphincter, you are learning to relax them and control those muscles and your sphincter as well.

 

Now this next one is going to sound absolutely crazy but if you do the Metamucil thing and the exercise described above for a few weeks you are ready for this final phase. The next time you have to get rid of some poo, rather than forcing your hole open against its will, try relaxing and not bearing down at all. Take a deep breathe, close your eyes, Zen out for a bit, focus and relax your hole. Learn to relax your hole and just let the poo easily pass through. No strain, no pain, just a relaxing and complete evacuation. This takes some dedication and effort to master, (it is impossible to master without the exercises) but when you do, getting fucked is going to be a much more pleasant. If you enjoyed getting fucked before you have done these things, imagine what it is like when you have control over your hole and you are taking care of it and treating it with respect. You will be able to take a deep breathe, Zen out a bit, and with a little lube you will be able to take dick straight away. When you do have a cock up in there try clamping down on it just like you were trying to stop yourself from peeing. You will be able to grab a cock and give it back only when you are ready. I have known a few bottoms that could actually jerk I guy off with their hole. You will be having a fucking blast and your skills will not go unnoticed.
